Build and maintain your product catalog in Gloyd.
Creating Products
- Navigate to Products
- Click New Product
- Fill in the product details:
- Product name
- SKU / Part number
- Description
- Category
- Unit of measure
Pricing
Set up pricing for your products:
- Base price: Default selling price
- Currency: Multi-currency support
- Price breaks: Volume-based pricing tiers
- Customer-specific pricing: Special rates per contact
Product Attributes
Add custom attributes to your products:
- Technical specifications
- Certifications
- Lead times
- Minimum order quantities
Categories
Organize products into categories:
- Create hierarchical category structures
- Assign products to multiple categories
- Filter and search by category
Import / Export
Bulk manage your catalog:
- Import: Upload products from CSV/Excel
- Export: Download your catalog for external use
- Update: Bulk update pricing and stock levels
Portal Catalog
Products marked as portal-visible appear in your customer portal catalog, allowing customers to browse and request quotes directly.
