Gloyd provides cloud-based trade management software for B2B companies. Our services include:

• RFQ and quote management
• Order and invoice processing
• B2B portal services
• Reporting and analytics tools

3. Account Creation and Security

3.1. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration
• Each user may only create one account

3.2. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
• You are responsible for all activities on your account
• You must immediately notify us if you notice unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

When using our Service, you must comply with the following rules:

• Act in accordance with laws and regulations
• Not infringe third-party rights
• Not misuse the Service or manipulate the system
• Not spread malicious software or code
• Not interfere with other users' use of the Service

5. Payment and Billing

5.1. Fees

Service fees are specified on our pricing page. Fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each subscription period.

5.3. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Gloyd platform, software, design, logos, and content are the intellectual property of Gloyd. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The license granted to you is a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you upload to the platform ("User Content"). You grant us the right to process this content to provide the Service.

You are responsible for User Content and warrant that it:

• Complies with applicable laws
• Does not infringe third-party rights
• Is not harmful or misleading

8. Service Changes

We may add, modify, or remove features to improve the Service. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gloyd's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Illegal activities
• Harm to other users

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

12.1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

12.2. Jurisdiction

For unresolved disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara, Turkey shall have jurisdiction.

12.3. EU Consumers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

13. General Provisions

13.1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

13.2. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect after being published on our website.

13.3. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gloyd regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
