How does the 14-day trial work?

Pick a plan, use every feature of it for 14 days, no credit card required. Add a card before the trial ends to continue; otherwise the workspace pauses until you do.

What's the difference between Connect and Business?

Not the trade flow — RFQs, quotes, orders, portals, and O2O are identical on every plan. Business adds team size (3 users) and the depth modules: BOM, projects, documents, and stock alerts. It's also the plan where the Electronics Pack becomes available.

What does the Electronics Pack include?

Electronics field sets (component, PCB, PCBA, cable, mechanical), compliance attributes like RoHS/REACH, and the component-aware catalog — for ₺1,999/$49/€49 per month on Business and Enterprise. Live distributor price/stock data is on the roadmap and will join the pack when the integration phase lands.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing period.

What if I need more users?

Add extra users any time: +₺149/$4/€4 on Connect, +₺199/$5/€5 on Business, +₺299/$8/€8 on Enterprise — per user, per month.

Do portal users cost anything?

No. Customer and supplier portal users are unlimited and free on every plan — that's the point of the portal.

What does fair use mean?

Resources are unlimited on every plan. Fair use only concerns extreme automated load — normal business use, even heavy, never reaches it.

By card, monthly. Your billing currency follows your card: Turkish cards are billed in TRY (plus VAT), EU cards in EUR, others in USD.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

Plans are monthly with no long-term commitment. Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

How is my data isolated?

Each company works in its own isolated data space, designed for KVKK and GDPR compliance. Portal users only ever see documents that belong to their own company.

When is live distributor data coming?

Our integration order is public: ERP and e-invoice connections land first, electronics distributor data follows. Anything not yet live is labeled "Coming soon" across the site — including here.
