Portal Overview
The Gloyd Portal provides a branded self-service interface for your customers and suppliers.
What is the Portal?
The portal is a separate, white-labeled web application where your external contacts can:
- View and manage their orders
- Submit and track RFQs
- Review and accept quotes
- Access their documents
- Browse your product catalog
Portal Types
Customer Portal
Your customers can:
- Submit RFQs for products they need
- Review and accept/reject your quotes
- Track their order status
- View invoices and documents
- Browse your product catalog
Supplier Portal
Your suppliers can:
- Receive and respond to your RFQs
- Submit quotes with pricing
- Manage purchase orders
- Update fulfillment status
Branding
Each portal is customized with your organization's branding:
- Custom logo
- Color theme
- Welcome message
- Custom subdomain (e.g.,
yourcompany.gloyd.com)
Security
Portal security features include:
- Tenant-isolated authentication
- Role-based access control
- Data scoped to the specific contact relationship
- Two-factor authentication support
- Session management
