ERP Integration (Coming Soon)

ERP sync is the first item on Gloyd's integration roadmap — what works today, and how the integration will work when it ships.

ERP Integration (Coming Soon)

ERP sync is not live yet. It is the first item on Gloyd's public integration roadmap, planned as an Enterprise add-on (₺1,499/$39/€39 per month — the price is already published on the pricing page). The roadmap order is public too: ERP sync first, then member e-invoicing, then distributor data.

This page covers what you can rely on today, how the ERP integration will work when it ships, and which connectors we are targeting first.

What Works Today

While ERP sync is in development, two integration paths already cover the most common data-flow needs:

O2O Document Mirroring & Webhooks

When two Gloyd organizations connect over O2O, documents are created on both sides automatically — each side owns its own copy, with no re-typing. HMAC-signed O2O webhooks notify your systems the moment a mirrored document arrives, so you can trigger downstream processes today. O2O is free and unlimited on every plan; see the O2O feature page for details.

CSV / Excel Import & Export

Contacts, products, and stock can be imported in bulk from CSV or Excel files, and lists across the platform export the same way. Until live sync ships, this is the practical bridge between Gloyd and your ERP: export from one side, import on the other. The integrations overview shows the full current picture.

How It Will Work

The planned ERP integration follows one pattern for every ERP:

  • API-based sync — contacts, products, and documents exchanged through a stable API surface
  • Webhook events — your ERP is notified the moment a document changes; signed payloads, no polling
  • Field mapping — map Gloyd fields to your ERP's own codes once; the sync respects it
  • Direction control — push, pull, or both, configured per record type

Planned Connectors

First targets, driven by member demand — these are targets, not live integrations or commitments:

  • Logo
  • Netsis
  • Mikro
  • SAP
  • Paraşüt
  • NetSuite

Tell Us Your ERP

Demand decides which connector ships first. If ERP sync matters to your team, tell us which ERP you run — it directly shapes the roadmap order.
